TW3 - That Was The Week That Was

What a week we have had, we had planned on going away on Wednesday to either an area around West Bay in Dorset or  Cricketh in North Wakes, I had booked off Wednesday from work to give us extra time away, however, last weekend Charlottes cat, Leila has been really poorly so by Tuesday she was at the vets on antibiotics, pain killers and appetiser tablets, by Wednesday she was no better so back to the vets, she was kept in for x-rays and scans to find out what was wrong.  So, to cut a long and boring story short and over £7oo later, Leila has improved, she is now eating again and back to her more normal self Friday 24th February Day1 We finally left home just before 1pm for the 25mile journey our towards  Uptown on Severn at Earls Coombe, due to a vehicle fire on the M5 and the closing of the motorway it took almost 3 hours before we arrived at the CAMC cl at Emblem Villa, we were told to make our way onto the cl make ourse...

A Weekend In Morville - Shropshire

Friday February 3 Day 1 We hadn't planned to go away this weekend, I was doing one or two little cleaning jobs on Vera when Adele popped her head in the van "do you fancy a weekend away?" well I don't need asking twice, by 11.30am we were booked onto a Caravan and Motorhome Club CL 'Park Grange' in Morvile, Shropshire. Adele still had her afternoon school run to do so, whilst she was at work I topped up the van with water, she had been drained down because of the recent freezing temperatures, packed a few items of food in the fridge then packed a couple of jumpers just in case. Parked up at Park Grange - Morville We were on the road before 5.00pm to make the 18 miles or so to Moville which is situated between Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock. We caught a lot of works traffic at this time but that didn't matter we were out in the van for the weekend.
