STUCK - A Winters Tale - February '25

Friday 21st February Day 1 January has been a cold month, a very cold month with easterly winds blowing and temperatures dropping to -18c in some parts so not surprising that we have not been away. February was the campervans annual MOT test which she passed with only an advisory about the front tyres are starting to wear which we already knew about, so after that we decided to go away, the weather was set to get warmer but with that came rain and lots of it together with strong winds, we thought that had put pay to our first trip away of the year but at the last minute the rain was more showery so we decided to take the short trip out to Ross-on-Wye but would stay at Marthas Meadow camp site in the hamlet of Foy. The trip down the motorway was wet with lots of spray from lorries but we soon arrived in Ross and took the riverside road to Foy.
